These terms cover the Isofall iPhone game and this website. Isofall is made and published by James Tan (“we”, “us”). By using the game or the site, you agree to these terms.

The game

Isofall is free to download and play for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. It is distributed through Apple's App Store, so your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If anything in these terms conflicts with that agreement for the app, Apple's agreement applies.

Please don't copy, modify, redistribute or resell the app, or try to extract its code, artwork or sounds, except where the law allows it.

The website

You are welcome to browse this site and link to it. When you use the contact form, please send only genuine messages: no spam, abuse, or attempts to disrupt or overload the site. We may block submissions that break these rules.

Ownership

The Isofall name, game, artwork, sounds, screenshots, videos and text on this site are © 2026 James Tan. All rights are reserved except as described here or allowed by law. Apple, App Store and iPhone are trademarks of Apple Inc.

Privacy

The app collects no personal data. How the website handles contact-form messages is explained in the privacy policy.

No warranty

Isofall and this website are provided free and “as is”. We work to keep them running smoothly, but we can't promise they will always be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Updates may change or remove features.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the game or this site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
